YBM box-type substation is a kind of high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage distribution device. According to a certain wiring scheme, the factory prefabricated indoor and outdoor compact power distribution equipment, that is organically combined the high-voltage power receiving, transformer step-down, low-voltage distribution and other functions together in a moisture-proof, rust-proof, dust-proof, rat-proof, fireproof, anti-theft, heat insulation, fully enclosed, movable steel structure box to achieve electromechanical integration adn fully enclosed operation, especially suitable for urban network construction and renovation which is a new kind rised of substation after civil substations. Box-type substation is suitable for rail transportation, mines, factories and enterprises, oil and gas fields and new energy power stations which replaces the original civil distribution room, distribution station and becomes a new complete type of power distribution equipment.
Features
The YBM prefabricated substation has the characteristics of strong complete set, small size, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, easy maintenance, and removable, etc. To compare with the conventional civil substations, box-type substations usually covers an area of only 1/10~1/5 of the conventional substations under same capacity which greatly reducing the design workload and construction volume, and reduces the construction cost. It can be used both for ring network distribution system and dual power supply or radiation terminal distribution system is the current urban and rural substation construction and transformation of the new complete sets of equipment in the distribution system.
Service Conditions
1. Atitude: No more than 1,000 meters;
2. Relative Temperature: -5℃~+40℃, daily average temperature no more than 35℃;
3. Relative Humodity: Daliy average value no more than 95%, monthly average value no more than 90%;
4. Wind Velocity: no more than 34m/s(Corresponding to 700Pa on the surface of the cylindrical);
5. Seismic intensity: no more than Level 8;
6. Place of use: The surrounding air is not visibly contaminated by corrosive or flammable gases, etc.
7. Installation place has no stenuous vibration, vertical slope no more than 3 degrees.
